The hard part of sending mail overseas isn’t the sending. It’s the three weeks of silence afterwards.
Get a demo of VelocitiThe types of mail that we carry.
Access to our global network, and a suite of distribution services that can be matched to what you are sending.
Letters
Single sheet and folded correspondence. The highest volume of the three, and the one the network is built around.
Large letters
Above letter dimensions and below a packet. A4 unfolded, thicker enclosures, booklets and brochures.
Packets
Where most of the weight and most of the value is. Anything above a large letter that still moves in the mail stream rather than as a parcel.
Those are the formats. What travels in them is another question.

International mail stops being a black hole.
Most cross-border mail disappears the moment it leaves the building. Velociti is our reporting service: you log in and see the dates your mail passed each checkpoint, from collection through to handover in the destination country. At the top of the range it runs direct, never via a third country.
The scans on the leg out are receptacle scans, so they are container level rather than item level, and the record ends at the handover. Velociti is milestone reporting and we will not describe it as live tracking.

Velociti records it.
The intelligence is what we do with it.
- You get a window, not a wish. Built from where previous jobs on this route actually landed, timed between our own despatch scan and our own handover scan rather than taken off a service brochure.
- November isn’t June. Seasonal and route-specific, so peak isn’t promised like a quiet week. The worst month is a different month on every route: on one it is December, on another July, and on some the best and worst months sit next to each other.
- You hear about a slowdown before your response rates do. Every handover is timed, so a route drifting shows up first as a gap between a typical job and a slow one on the same lane, weeks before it shows up in your returns.
We will not give you a single guaranteed day. Where we give you a window we will tell you how wide it is, and which half of it we scan.
Tell us what you send, and where.
The count, the destinations and the date it has to land by. We come back with the route, the service level that hits the date, and where the record stops.
